In the short two months that we’ve been online, the most asked question is what is the paw syndicate age. We moved here thirteen years ago but the paw crew was not here. Instead, we rescued a cat we named Bob (thinking it’s a boy) and took it to the SPCA. Bob ended up being Bobby and she had eight kittens! I’m glad they were able to take her and provide homes for her babies.
Over the years we see cats come and go. Some would have collars on them, some would be old, some would come once, and never to be seen again. Since we live in the woods with few neighbors on our road, it’s easy to find out whose cat they were. Then one day, almost ten years ago, a gray tabby came by with her three kittens. I was shocked! It was like they knew that we were a house with cats and they were safe. The mama cat and her kittens were very shy and followed her every move. They would not come to eat unless the door was closed.
Paw Crew Age
Over time, the mama cat and one of the brothers left and never came back. The two kittens would come around and slowly they ended up being our feral cats without us even knowing it. We build them a shelter under the deck and gave them a shelter on the top deck to use during the day. Slowly they got comfortable and stayed longer and would come often.
Two years later, we had Mama, Brother, and their four kittens. Then another kitten came by and surprisingly she was accepted. Her name is Baby! Then Batman came along, and well we don’t know his age. So how old is the Paw Syndicate?
Paw Syndicate Age:
- Mama cat: 10 years old this year
- Baby, Flipper and Robin: turn 8 this year
- Batman: We did not get an age for him but assume he is at least 10-12
When do you celebrate their birthdays?
Our indoor cats birthday is April 10th, so we celebrate everyone’s birthday on that day. The cats get extra food and treats and sometimes a tuna cake. Not saying if they liked it or not! =D
